From associate to Partner: a path of excellence in global mobility
A lawyer since 2016, Clarisse Delaitre joined Majorelle Avocats in 2020 to create the firm’s international practice: Majorelle Mobility. Her appointment as Partner rewards a demanding professional journey and reflects the founders’ trust in her legal expertise and strategic vision.
This partnership illustrates Majorelle Avocats’ commitment to promoting talent from within. The firm thereby reinforces its strategic ambitions in an international environment that is increasingly challenging for companies.
Five years of proven expertise leading Majorelle Mobility
Since joining the firm, Clarisse Delaitre has headed Majorelle Mobility and advises French and international companies on a wide range of issues:
- Global mobility: secondment, expatriation, local contracts, international remote work, inbound assignments
- Business immigration: visas, work permits, residence permits, change of status
- Secondment of foreign employees to France: for French clients or foreign service providers/subcontractors
- Operational support for foreign companies managing their teams in France
Building a team of lawyers specialized in global mobility and business immigration
Over the past five years, Clarisse Delaitre has built a dedicated team of three lawyers, developing a recognized expertise in these complex and evolving legal matters. This team reflects the growing demand from businesses for high-level legal support in international mobility and immigration.

She contributes actively to legal scholarship by publishing in leading journals such as Lamy Mobilité Internationale, Les Cahiers du DRH, and Liaisons Sociales Lamy. Her work helps disseminate a legal expertise that is accessible, rigorous, and attuned to the operational challenges of businesses.
