Professional background
Albane has been a qualified employment lawyer since 2017. She advises companies of every size, SMEs, mid-sized firms and listed groups on the full spectrum of individual (contractual matters, disciplinary issues, etc.) and collective (working-time arrangements, employee-representative relations, reorganisations, social due-diligence) employment-law questions, always delivering pragmatic and legally secure recommendations tailored to each client’s strategic needs.
Her practice spans advisory work, pre-litigation negotiations and courtroom advocacy before the Labour Courts (Conseils de prud’hommes), the Social Division of the Judicial Court and the Courts of Appeal.
Albane began her career in the Nantes office of a leading French business-law firm. Over the years she has built strong litigation skills and a particular focus on workplace health and safety issues, including psychosocial risks, challenges to the recognition of occupational accidents or diseases, and disputes over inexcusable fault.
A graduate of SKEMA Business School and holder of a Master’s degree in European and Comparative Business Law (ULCO), Albane also lectures in Labour Law to engineering students at the École Supérieure du Bois.
