Professional background
Antonin has been a qualified lawyer since 2021. He holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law from the University of Aix-en-Provence. He began his career at Actance, a leading employment law firm in Paris, where he advised major French and international groups on complex employment law matters. This experience enabled him to handle high-stakes individual and collective issues with strong technical dimensions.
Antonin joined Majorelle Avocats in Nantes in 2023, with the ambition of supporting a wide range of clients, SMEs, mid-sized companies, and listed groups across all sectors. He advises on both individual employment matters (employer-employee relations) and collective labour issues (collective bargaining, relations with works councils and trade unions), as well as on social security law (workplace accidents, occupational diseases, gross negligence claims), in both advisory and litigation contexts.
He regularly represents clients before labour courts, as well as civil courts and courts of appeal.
Antonin also collaborates closely with the Majorelle RH team to align legal practices with human and organisational challenges. He has a particular interest in compensation, employee savings schemes, and working time arrangements.
