Justine Lavenant is a graduate of the University of Angers, where she earned a Master’s degree in Business Law with a specialisation in Corporate Law. She was admitted to the Bar in 2015.

In 2021, she obtained a university diploma in Foreign Nationals Law from the University of Le Mans, before practicing independently for four years.

Justine joined Majorelle Mobility in 2025 to strengthen our team of lawyers and brings her expertise in business immigration. Fluent in English, she advises companies on the legal procedures required to hire foreign talent in France, providing strategic and compliant support tailored to the challenges of global mobility.

Professional background

A lawyer since 2015, Justine Lavenant has built a rich and versatile career path. She began her practice in an insurance law firm, followed by a generalist law firm, before progressively focusing on foreign nationals law, with a strong emphasis on business immigration.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Angers, and later completed a specialised university diploma in Foreign Nationals Law at the University of Le Mans, gaining advanced knowledge of the legal and practical aspects of entry, residence, and employment of foreign nationals in France.

For four years, Justine worked as an independent lawyer, advising both companies and individuals on a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, residence permits, work authorisations, and administrative appeals.

In 2025, she joined the Majorelle Mobility team within Majorelle Avocats, where she brings her technical expertise, commitment, and cross-functional approach to support employers and international talent in navigating the complex landscape of professional mobility.
