Professional background
Olivier is a partner and co-founder of Majorelle Avocats. He advises clients in both French and English across all areas of employment law, providing both legal counsel and litigation support.
He began his career in leading employment law firms, including CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Flichy Grangé Avocats. Over the years, he has developed advanced expertise in managing crisis situations in the workplace, including cases of discrimination, harassment, disciplinary proceedings, and labour relations with employee representatives and trade unions.
Olivier also advises executives and business leaders on the execution of strategic employment-related operations, such as restructuring plans, employment law due diligence in M&A transactions, and working time arrangements.
He holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Practice from the University of Montpellier I, where he has also delivered lectures on corporate restructuring.
Olivier regularly speaks at employer association events, universities, and top-tier business schools. He has been a member of the CJD Nantes-Atlantique (Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants) since 2021.
In 2019, he co-founded Majorelle RH with Jean-Charles Moriceau and Sébastien Giraud, and in 2023, he co-founded the recruitment firm Majorelle Talents.
Olivier also leads the Nantes sessions of Explore RH, a learning programme designed for HR Directors of companies with more than 100 employees, covering a wide range of human resources topics.
