Professional background

Clothilde has developed a dual-track background combining experience in law firms and in-house, enabling her to provide both technically robust and commercially pragmatic advice.

Prior to joining Majorelle Avocats, she worked in several law firms where she advised on both advisory and contentious matters in public law — including civil service law, administrative law and immigration law — as well as employment law.

During her training, she contributed to the work of the Nantes Administrative Court of Appeal (Cour administrative d’appel de Nantes), assisting in the review and handling of litigation cases, particularly in the field of immigration law.

She also gained valuable in-house experience as an employment law legal counsel within the Human Resources department of GE Renewable Energy, further strengthening her practical understanding of social dialogue and workplace relations.
