Professional background
Emmanuel spent 20 years in HR leadership roles, first as HR Manager and later as HR Director, within demanding operational environments. He developed his career in industry (Toyota) and construction (SPIE) before becoming HR Director for the industrial and logistics activities of Groupe Rocher. His expertise in human resources development and social dialogue management naturally led him to join the Majorelle Conseil ecosystem.
With an academic background in management, Emmanuel holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from IGR-IAE Rennes. Throughout his career, he has pursued continuous professional development, including a Strategy & Leadership programme at ESSEC.
He also holds a postgraduate diploma in Coaching Practices (DESU) from the University of Paris 8 and is trained in the Enneagram and Thomas International psychometric assessments.
