Sophie joined the Majorelle Conseil ecosystem in 2026 as a Consultant within Majorelle Executive.

Since 2011, she has been working in executive search, supporting clients in the identification of middle and top management talent across a variety of sectors, including industry, distribution and retail.

She works across all key corporate functions, including general management, finance, sales, HR, marketing, procurement, R&D, quality, safety, logistics and industrial operations.

Committed to a close, partnership-driven approach, she places strong emphasis on understanding each organisation’s specific challenges, environment and culture. This enables her to refine her search strategies and identify future leaders who align closely with her clients’ expectations.

Convinced that the candidate experience is a key success factor in recruitment, Sophie supports each candidate with authenticity, respect and transparency throughout the entire process.

Professional background

She began her career in demanding and highly structured environments such as Danone and Nike France, where she developed an early understanding of organisations and their business and human dynamics.

From 2011 onwards, she specialised in consulting and recruitment, positioning herself at the intersection between organisations and talent. She spent more than eight years at De Graët Consulting before founding her own firm, Bold Hunting.

At the end of 2025, she joined the multidisciplinary HR expert teams of Majorelle Conseil to contribute to the development of Majorelle Executive, leveraging her deep knowledge of key business functions.
