Sylvain has been a qualified lawyer since 2018 and holds a Master’s degree in Judicial Systems and Procedural Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. A former member of the Paris Bar, he began his career in the employment law departments of leading business law firms. He advises clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour relations, both in advisory and litigation matters. Fluent in English and Spanish, Sylvain is also developing legal expertise in international mobility and business immigration.

Sylvain joined Majorelle Avocats in 2022 to strengthen the firm’s employment law practice, particularly in the area of high-stakes litigation, as well as the Majorelle Mobility team. He advises both French and international clients on a wide range of matters related to international mobility, business immigration, and foreign subcontracting.

He has developed specific expertise in managing the posting of foreign employees to France, especially in the context of subcontracting and cross-border service provision. Drawing on his dual expertise in business law and employment law, Sylvain advises both foreign subcontractors and French principal companies on legal obligations including duty of care, posting compliance, social security coordination, and overall regulatory compliance.

A skilled litigator, Sylvain also regularly conducts employment law training sessions for clients’ HR teams.

He holds a Master’s degree in Judicial Systems and Procedural Law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018. Prior to joining Majorelle Avocats, he practiced at 5QB Avocats and Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats.
