Paul joined Majorelle Avocats in 2026 to support the continued development of the firm’s practice. Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2020, he advises and represents companies in both employment law and social security law matters, acting in both advisory and litigation contexts.

Paul supports companies of all sizes on a broad range of individual and collective employment matters, including employment relationships, labour litigation, disciplinary procedures, negotiation and implementation of HR policies, as well as social security advisory and litigation matters, particularly in relation to occupational accidents and diseases (AT/MP).

Accustomed to working in international environments, he advises clients fluently in both French and English.

In his practice, Paul places particular emphasis on building strong client relationships, responsiveness and delivering pragmatic solutions tailored to the operational challenges faced by companies and HR teams.

Professional background

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2020 and holding a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Paris XI University – Sceaux, Paul has developed broad experience in both advisory and litigation work within well-regarded Paris-based law firms.

Before joining Majorelle Avocats, he practised at Littler France in Paris, where he advised companies on both individual and collective employment law matters, as well as social security law issues.

He regularly appears before Employment Tribunals (Conseils de prud’hommes) and other courts, including Judicial Courts and Courts of Appeal.

His background enables him to assist companies on a wide variety of matters with an approach that is both rigorous and operationally focused, always aligned with the practical needs of business leaders and HR departments.
