Sébastien is a co-founder and partner at Majorelle RH, where he serves as Managing Director. He brings over twelve years of experience in Human Resources management, having held positions within diverse business environments, including the industry and services sectors at PHILIPS France. He also spent four years leading a consulting and innovation firm focused on inclusion within GROUPE SOS, Europe’s leading social enterprise group.

Professional background

Sébastien is a co-founder and partner at Majorelle RH, where he serves as Managing Director.

His career spans over a decade in Human Resources leadership roles, including positions in the industrial and service sectors within PHILIPS France, where he served both at plant level and at corporate headquarters. These experiences taught him to reconcile operational realities with strategic HR thinking. He led numerous HR transformation projects and implemented initiatives aimed at fostering employee engagement.

In 2014, Sébastien chose to broaden his understanding of business and operational challenges by joining the Social and Solidarity Economy, taking on the role of General Manager of a consulting and innovation firm within GROUPE SOS, the European leader in the sector (15,000 employees). For four years, he led strategies focused on the professional inclusion of low-skilled workers, covering recruitment methods, training plans, and retention strategies.

This dual experience gave him two key convictions—widely shared by business leaders:

  1. Purpose-driven values and meaningful HR practices are essential drivers of employee engagement and long-term economic performance.

  2. Concrete, innovative HR solutions are most effective when embedded within a secure and integrated legal framework from the outset.

A generalist in HR management, Sébastien brings particular expertise in HR transformation projects, organisational audits, and change management.

In 2019, he co-founded Majorelle RH with Jean-Charles Moriceau and Olivier Motte, followed by the creation of Majorelle Talents, a recruitment firm, in 2023.

Sébastien also leads the Nantes sessions of Explore RH, a learning programme designed for HR Directors of companies with over 100 employees, covering a wide range of HR topics.
