Professional background
His experience as an HR Director in the industrial and services sectors, followed by an executive role in the social economy, has given him a deep understanding of how employee engagement and economic performance can be brought into alignment. As an HR Director, first on an industrial site and later at corporate headquarters, he learned to balance on-the-ground operational needs with strategic HR thinking. He has led various HR transformation projects and implemented initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement.
In 2014, he chose to broaden his understanding of industrial and commercial constraints by joining the Social and Solidarity Economy, within GROUPE SOS, the European leader in the sector (15,000 employees). For four years, he served as Managing Director of a consulting and innovation structure dedicated to improving access to employment for low-skilled individuals (recruitment strategies and methods, training plans, job retention initiatives, etc.).
This dual experience gave him a first strong conviction, shared by many business leaders: meaningful values and purpose-driven methods are fundamental resources for securing employee commitment in service of a company’s economic performance.
It also gave him a second conviction: concrete and distinctive HR solutions are most effective when they are grounded in a secure, integrated legal framework from the outset.
